Chad graduated from Shelbyville High School in 1991, and enrolled in the HVAC program at ITT Technical Institute.  After working as an HVAC technician for a couple of years, he decided to further his education and enrolled into an electrical apprenticeship and also took some classes in Real Estate. 

In 1997, Chad and Jennifer (Rush) met when he started working as an electrician for her father at Rush Electrical Service.

They married in 1998.

In 2005, Chad and Jennifer took the plunge and established Christian Electric, Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing.

That following year (2006), they also established Christian Investments.

Nearly 18 years later, both companies continue to flourish and expand.
